The organic mountain flower cheese was awarded gold at the World Cheese Award 2018 and is among the ‘WCA 18 Trophies’ as the best German cheese.
Around 3,500 different kinds of cheese were sent there from the entire world and assessed by 230 experts from 29 nations.
